Interim ARM or Periodic fixed rate loans such as a 5/1 and 7/1 ARM loans. These loans offer the borrower a lower fixed interest rate for a period of time, then covert to an adjustible loan. These loans have periodic and life rate caps to help you undertsand how the loan will progress.

Custom amortization available on some loans are available, such as 16-20 years, 21-30 years etc.

All refinance loan amounts, First time homebuyers wanting to buy their first home, or High Balance purchase loans.

Quite often there are changes to the industry such as Loan limits by state, and county, guidline changes etc.. The website does not always reflect updated guidlines. Your loan officer and disclosures will be sure you recieve the most current and up to date rates guidlines and fees.

We appreciate the opportunity to assist you!
